FROM THE SOUTH - MADISON OR COLUMBUS AREAS

Hwy 151 north to Hwy “G”, exit #130 (this is the second Beaver Dam exit)

Turn left (north) on Hwy “G”

Proceed on Hwy “G” (Spring Street) approximately 2 -- 3 miles to the third stop light

Turn right at the third stoplight onto East Maple Avenue

The funeral home is 1 block ahead on the right

FROM THE NORTH - FOND DU LAC OR WAUPUN AREAS

Hwy 151 south to Hwy 33;  exit #132

Turn right (west) on Hwy 33 (Park Avenue)

Proceed on Hwy 33 approximately 1 mile to the second stop light

Turn right (north) at the second stoplight onto University Ave

Go 1 block and turn left (west) onto East Maple Avenue

Proceed 2 blocks to the stop sign (intersection of East Maple & Lincoln)

The funeral home is on the southwest corner of this intersection

FROM THE EAST - MILWAUKEE AREA

Take Hwy 41-45 north out of Milwaukee

When Hwy 41 and 45 split, stay on Hwy 41 (towards Fond du Lac)

Take Hwy 41 north to Hwy 33 exit (this is the Allenton exit)

Turn left (west) on Hwy 33 (from this point, Beaver Dam is about 25 minutes)

Stay on Hwy 33 as it winds through Horicon and proceed to Beaver Dam

When you enter Beaver Dam, proceed on Hwy 33 (Park Avenue) to the second stop light

Turn right (north) at the second stoplight onto University Ave

Go 1 block and turn left (west) onto East Maple Avenue

Proceed 2 blocks to the stop sign (intersection of East Maple & Lincoln)

The funeral home is on the southwest corner of this intersection

FROM THE WEST - PORTAGE AREA

Take Hwy 33 East to Fox Lake (approximately 30 minutes from Portage)

Continue on Hwy 33 as it heads south out of Fox Lake to Beaver Dam

When you enter Beaver Dam, go approximately 2 miles to the first stop light

Turn left (east) at the stoplight (West Maple Avenue)

Go 2 blocks, the funeral home is on the right
